On Wednesday, May 18, the Second Senate of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine at an in-camera part of the plenary session deliberated the case upon the constitutional complaint of the JSC “State Savings Bank of Ukraine” on the constitutionality of the first sentence of Article 1050.1 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

Deliberation of the case will be proceeded at one of the forthcoming plenary sessions.
