The Constitutional Court of Ukraine was seized with a constitutional petition regarding constitutionality of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine"
Today, on July 21, a constitutional petition of 50 People's Deputies of Ukraine on the constitutionality of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine” of October 14, 2014 № 1698-VII lodged with the Constitutional Court of Ukraine for consideration.
The subject of the right to a constitutional petition considers that the disputed provisions of the Law do not comply with a number of articles of the Basic Law of Ukraine.
