Proceedings upon the constitutional petition of 74 People's Deputies of Ukraine
were terminated due to the change in the legislation
On August 27, 2020 the Grand Chamber of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine at an in-camera part of the plenary session considered the case upon the constitutional petition of 74 People's Deputies of Ukraine on the constitutionality of paragraphs 2, 4, 6, 7 of Article 151.3 of the Code of Administrative Procedure of Ukraine, Articles 137.6 and 137.7 of the Code of Commercial Procedure Code Ukraine, Articles 150.6, 150.7 and 150.8 of the Code of Civil Procedure of Ukraine, the second sentence of Article 74.2 of the Law of Ukraine "On the National Bank of Ukraine" of May 20, 1999 №679–XIV as amended, Article 20.5 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Deposit Guarantee System for Individuals" of February 23, 2012 №4452–VI as amended.
Following the consideration of this case, the Grand Chamber of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine delivered a Ruling № 8-up/2020 of August 27, 2020 on termination of the the constitutional proceedings in connection with the change of legislation.
