The Court adopted the Decision in the case on the conformity of specific provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Preventing Corruption” and Criminal Code of Ukraine to the Constitution of Ukraine
October 27, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine adopted a Ruling on separation of constitutional proceedings in the case upon the constitutional petition of 47 People’s Deputies of Ukraine on conformity of specific provision of laws of Ukraine “On Preventing Corruption”, “On Prosecution Office”, “On National Anti-Corruption Bureau”, “On State Bureau of Investigation“, “On National Agency of Ukraine on Revealing, Search and Management of Assets Obtained from Corruption and other Offences”, Criminal Code of Ukraine, Code of Civil Procedure of Ukraine to the Constitution of Ukraine (constitutionality) into separate constitutional proceedings.
The Court adopted the Decision in the case on conformity of specific provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Preventing Corruption”, and Criminal Code of Ukraine to the Constitution of Ukraine (constitutionality).
The Decision of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine is binding, final and may not be appealed.
