The Court will shortly recess in the case concerning the official interpretation of the provisions of the first clause of Article 13.1 and Article 14.1 of the Constitution of Ukraine

Today, November 5, at the in-camera part of the plenary session, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine considered the case upon the constitutional petition of 46 People’s Deputies of Ukraine concerning the official interpretation of the provisions of first clause of Article 13.1 and Article 14.1 of the Constitution of Ukraine. The case was adjourned due to lack of quorum.
At the same time, we draw your attention to the fact that today only the case of interpretation of specific provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine was considered, and not the issue of land reform.
The consideration of the case regarding the constitutionality of the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Concerning the Conditions of Circulation of Agricultural Lands” by the Constitutional Court has been postponed.
The date and time of consideration of the above cases will be announced on the official website of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.
