The Second Board of Judges of the Second Senate of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine considered the issue of initiating constitutional proceedings in the case upon the constitutional complaint of Stock Company «Closed non-diversified venture corporate investment fund "Goldman"»
On February 12, 2021, at the plenary session of the Second Board of Judges of the Second Senate of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, the issue of initiating constitutional proceedings upon the constitutional complaint of Stock Company «Closed non-diversified venture corporate investment fund "Goldman"» on the compliance of the provisions of the seventh paragraph of Article 100.6 and Article 309.3 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine with the Constitution of Ukraine (constitutionality) was considered.
Based on the results of the plenary session, the Ruling of the Board of Judges on the refusal to initiate constitutional proceedings in this case was adopted.
