A constitutional appeal of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine was submitted to the Constitutional Court of Ukraine
On Friday, March 19, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine received a constitutional appeal from the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to provide an opinion on the conformity of the draft law on amendments to Articles 85 and 106 of the Constitution of Ukraine concerning the procedure for appointment and dismissal of the Director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, as well as the Director of the State Bureau of Investigation to the requirements of Articles 157 and 158 of the Constitution of Ukraine.
