The issue on initiating constitutional proceedings in a number of cases was considered during the sessions of the Boards of Judges of the First and Second Senates of the Court
Today, on March 24, the First Board of Judges of the First Senate and the Third Board of Judges of the Second Senate of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine held their sessions to consider the issue on initiating constitutional proceedings.
Thus, the First Board of Judges of the First Senate of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine upon the results of consideration of the issue on initiating constitutional proceedings adopted 2 final rulings to refuse to initiate constitutional proceedings upon the constitutional complaints of Olha Kalmykova concerning the compliance of Article 263.1.1, Article 617.1.1 of the Civil Code of Ukraine with the Constitution of Ukraine and Andrii Klos concerning the compliance of the provisions of Article 78.4 of the Land Code of Ukraine with the Constitution of Ukraine.
Following the consideration of the issue on initiating constitutional proceedings in the case upon the constitutional petition of 45 People's Deputies of Ukraine concerning the compliance of the Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine “On the Appointment of S.M. Shkarlet the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine” with the Constitution of Ukraine the Board of Judges adopted a ruling on refusing to initiate constitutional proceedings in the case.
The issue on initiating constitutional proceedings in this case will be considered at a session of the Grand Chamber of the Court.
The Third Board of Judges of the Second Senate of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, considering the issue on initiating constitutional proceedings upon the constitutional complaints of Iryna Fedorenko concerning the compliance of the provisions of Article 263.1.1, Article 617.1.1 of the Civil Code of Ukraine with the Constitution of Ukraine and Vitalii Dohaiev concerning the compliance of the provisions of Article 263.1.1, Article 617.1.1 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, parts three, four of Article 12, parts one, six of Article 81 of the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine with the Constitution of Ukraine, adopted 2 final rulings.
At the same time, the Board of Judges adopted a ruling on initiating constitutional proceedings in the case upon the constitutional complaint of Natalia Linenko concerning the compliance of the provisions of Article 485.1 of the Customs Code of Ukraine with the Constitution of Ukraine. Thus, this case will be considered at the session of the Second Senate of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.
