On June 7, a meeting of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy with the President of the Venice Commission Gianni Buquicchio took place in the Office of the President of Ukraine.
The meeting, during which the parties exchanged opinions on the activity of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine under current conditions and ways of its improvement, in particular by holding transparent and open competitions for the offices of the judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine with involvement of international experts, was attended by the Deputy Chairman of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, member of the European Commission for Democracy through Law (Venice Commission) Serhiy Holovaty.
