Today, 28 February, the Grand Chamber at the public part of the plenary session in the form of written proceedings continued to deliberate the case upon the constitutional petitions of 48 People’s Deputies of Ukraine on the constitutionality of the Law of Ukraine “On Amending Some Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Conditions of Circulation of Agricultural Lands”, Specific Provisions of the Land Code of Ukraine as amended by the said Law and of 53 People’s Deputies of Ukraine on the constitutionality of the Law of Ukraine “On Amending Some Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Conditions of Circulation of Agricultural Lands”.
The judge-rapporteur in the case Galyna Yurovska informed about the necessity to resolve procedural issues in view of the submissions made by the participants of the constitutional proceedings.
In this case, the Court adjourned.
