In October, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine held 54 sessions and adopted 37 acts

During October 2023, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine held 54 sessions, including: 9 plenary sessions and 6 sessions of the Grand Chamber; 1 special plenary session of the Court and 4 sessions of the Court; 5 plenary sessions and 1 session of the First Senate; 9 plenary sessions and 6 sessions of the Second Senate; 13 sessions of the boards of judges of the Court's senates.

At these sessions, the Court adopted 37 acts: 6 rulings of the Grand Chamber; 2 court resolutions; 2 rulings of the First Senate of the Court; 6 rulings of the Second Senate of the Court; 21 rulings of the boards of judges of the senates.

The Court received 27 constitutional complaints in October. According to the results of the preliminary examination, 16 constitutional complaints were distributed among the judges of the Court. 11 constitutional complaints were returned to the subjects of the right to a constitutional complaint as those that in form did not meet the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On the Constitutional Court of Ukraine”.

The Secretariat of the Court drew up and sent 66 responses to requests for public information and appeals from citizens.
