Representatives of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine participated in the 12th Summer School on “Use of Information Technologies and Artificial Intelligence in the Higher Judiciary”, held on September 30 – October 1, 2024 in Ankara, Republic of Türkiye.
The event was organised by the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Türkiye with the support of the Center for Training and Human Resources Development of the Association of Asian Constitutional Courts and Equivalent Institutions.
The main purpose of this year’s event is to exchange professional experience and study in-depth the topical issues of constitutional justice development, including the introduction of the latest technologies.
For more than 11 years, the Summer School has been a platform for the exchange of ideas and professional experience between representatives of constitutional courts from almost 30 countries.
This year’s event was attended by representatives of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Vira Nazarova and Yaroslav Michuda. They presented a report on the current challenges facing the Ukrainian judiciary in the context of digital transformation and discussed the experience of Ukraine in this context.
The participants of the Summer School had the opportunity to share their expertise and discuss various ways of implementing artificial intelligence in judicial proceedings.
