Wednesday, 8 December, the First and Second Senates considered the cases upon the constitutional complaints.
During the in-camera part of the plenary session of the First Senate there was considered the case upon the constitutional complaint of M.Kostyna on conformity of specific provision of clause 26 of Section VI "Final and Transitional Provisions" of the Budget Code of Ukraine to the Constitution of Ukraine.
The Second Senate, at the in-camera part of the plenary session, considered the case upon the constitutional complaint of G.Barsegyan on conformity of the provisions of Article 485 of the Customs Code of Ukraine to the Constitution of Ukraine and upon the constitutional complaint of N.Linenko on conformity of Article 485 of the Customs Code of Ukraine to the Constitution of Ukraine.
The Court will consider the above cases at the forthcoming plenary sessions.
