April 4. Agenda of Court Sessions (Approved). The Grand Chamber deliberated cases upon the constitutional petition and constitutional complaints and adopted 3 rulings

Today, April 4, 2023, the Grand Chamber, at the in-camera part of the plenary session, proceeded with deliberation of cases upon the constitutional petition of the Supreme Court of Ukraine regarding the constitutionality of the Law of Ukraine “On the System of Guaranteeing Deposits of Individuals” and the constitutional complaints of Aliona Zabara, Gagik Martyrosian, Serhii Trutniev regarding constitutionality of the provisions of Article 14².1 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses and Nadiia Kopylova regarding the constitutionality of the provisions of Article 14².1, Article 279¹.5 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses. Deliberation of the cases will be proceeded at one of the following plenary sessions of the Grand Chamber of the Court.

At the session, the Grand Chamber adopted three rulings on the extension till May 2 of this year the deadline for the adoption by the boards of judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine of rulings on initiating or refusing to initiate constitutional proceedings in cases upon the constitutional complaints of Bohdan Chehil, Vitalii Produn, Dmytro Oliinyk.
