In April the Constitutional Court of Ukraine held 84 sessions: 18 plenary sessions and 16 sessions of the Grand Chamber of the Court; 2 sessions of the Court; 5 plenary sessions and 8 sessions of the First Senate of the Court; 13 plenary sessions and 7 sessions of the Second Senate of the Court; 15 sessions of the boards of judges of the First and Second Senates of the Court.
The Court delivered 70 acts, including: 22 rulings of the Grand Chamber; 1 resolution of the Court; 1 decision of the Second Senate and 7 rulings of the Second Senate of the Court; 10 rulings of the First Senate of the Court; 29 rulings of the boards of judges of the First and Second Senates of the Court.

The Court carried out a preliminary examination of 27 constitutional complaints received this month. Based on the results of such examination, 18 constitutional complaints were distributed among judges-rapporteurs. The Court returned 9 complaints with a corresponding explanation to the subjects of the right to a constitutional complaint. They did not meet the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On the Constitutional Court of Ukraine” in form.
The Secretariat of the Court drew up and sent 53 responses to requests for public information and appeals from citizens.
