Consideration of the Case upon the Constitutional Complaint of V.Pleskach: Having Examined the Case Files at the Public Part of the Plenary Session, the Court Proceeded to the In-Camera Part for a Decision

July 13, the Second Senate of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, at the public part of the plenary session, in the form of written proceedings, considered the case upon the constitutional complaint of Viacheslav Pleskach regarding the constitutionality of the provisions of Articles 294.1 and 383.6 of the Code of Administrative Procedure of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the Code).

During the plenary session, the Court was informed by Serhiy Holovaty, the Judge-Rapporteur in the case, about the content of the constitutional complaint and the grounds for initiating constitutional proceedings in the case.

The Judge-Rapporteur informed those present about the content of the positions expressed by the President of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Academy of Advocacy of Ukraine, Vasyl’ Stus Donetsk National University, V.M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, Educational and Scientific Institute of Law of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Odesa I.I.Mechnikov National University regarding the issues raised in the constitutional complaint of Viacheslav Pleskach.

Having examined the case files at the public part of the plenary session, the Court proceeded to the in-camera part for a decision.
