Since the beginning of Russia's full-scale war against our State, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine has joined the common fight against the aggressor, in particular, by assisting to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, territorial defence, and volunteers.

Yesterday, July 21, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine adopted one more Resolution on the free transfer of two thousand litres of fuel (A-95 petrol) for the needs of one of the military units of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine. On May 17, 2022, the Constitutional Court adopted a similar Resolution on the free transfer of four thousand two hundred litres of diesel fuel to the military unit. In general, the Constitutional Court handed over six thousand two hundred litres of fuel for the needs of the Ukrainian army.

We would like to remind you that in order to provide material assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine amid the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, on March 2, 2022, the Constitutional Court adopted a Resolution on the transfer of official vehicles used by the Constitutional Court of Ukraine for defence purposes. In addition, on March 3, 2022, at an Assembly of Judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, a Decision was delivered on the transfer of monetary amounts in the amount of 50-70% of the monetary reward (after deduction of taxes and fees) until the end of the Russian armed aggression.

We work together for the sake of Ukraine and our victory.
