The Constitutional Court of Ukraine held 61 sessions in September, including: 6 Court sessions; 10 plenary sessions and 9 sessions of the Grand Chamber of the Court; 4 plenary sessions and 4 sessions of the First Senate; 9 plenary sessions and 6 sessions of the Second Senate; 13 sessions of the boards of judges of the Court's senates.
At these sessions, the Court delivered 69 acts of the Court, including: 3 resolutions of the Court; 24 rulings of the Grand Chamber of the Court; 2 decisions and 4 rulings of the First Senate of the Court; 1 decision of the Second Senate and 6 rulings of the Second Senate; 29 rulings of the boards of judges of the First and Second Senates of the Court.

In August and September, the Court received 66 constitutional complaints. According to the results of the preliminary examination, 29 constitutional complaints were distributed among the judges of the Court. 37 constitutional complaints were returned to the subjects of the right to a constitutional complaint as the form did not meet the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On the Constitutional Court of Ukraine”.
During this period, the Court Secretariat prepared and sent 109 responses to requests for public information and appeals from citizens.
