Yesterday, 23 December, consideration of the issue was initiated on calculation and payment of compensation to the judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine for the non-calculated remuneration for the period of 18 April 2020 till 28 August 2020 (related to the application of the provisions of Articles 29.1 and 29.3 of the Law of Ukraine “On the 2020 State Budget of Ukraine“ in the wording of the Law of Ukraine “On the 2020 State Budget of Ukraine“ of 13 April 2020 No. 553-IX) following the judgment of the District Administrative Court of the city of Kyiv of 28 July 2021 in the case No. 640/1347/21.
At its session, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine did not support such initiative.
