The Constitutional Court of Ukraine was seized with a constitutional petition regarding constitutionality of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the State Bureau of Investigation"
On June 2, 2020 a constitutional petition of 58 People's Deputies of Ukraine on the compliance of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the State Bureau of Investigation" of November 12, 2015 № 794-VIII (as amended) with the Constitution of Ukraine (constitutionality) was lodged with the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.
The subject of the right to constitutional petition argues that the disputed provisions of the Law do not comply with a number of articles of the Basic Law of Ukraine.
