A constitutional petition of 47 People's Deputies of Ukraine was lodged with the Constitutional Court
On May 28, 2020 the Constitutional Court of Ukraine was seized with a constitutional petition of 47 People's Deputies of Ukraine on the compliance with the Constitution of Ukraine (constitutionality) of certain provisions of Articles 89.3.2, 89.3.3, Article 136.5 of the Commercial Code of Ukraine, Article 14 of the Law of Ukraine "On Pipeline Transport", Article 4.1.12 of the Law of Ukraine "On Management of State Property", Articles 21.6.2, 44.3.1, 44.4 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" as amended by the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine in Connection with the Separation of Natural Gas Transportation Activities".
The subject of the right to constitutional petition considers that the disputed laws of Ukraine do not comply with a number of articles of the Basic Law.
