A constitutional petition of the Supreme Court regarding the constitutionality of the restrictions of the rights and freedoms of citizens established during the quarantine filed with the Constitutional Court
Today, June 4, 2020, a constitutional petition of the Supreme Court regarding the constitutionality of the restrictions of the rights and freedoms of citizens established during the quarantine stipulated by the provision of specific normative legal acts approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine was filed with the Constitutional Court.
The subject of the right to constitutional petition asked to examine the conformity of sub-clauses 5, 6, 7, 14 of clause 3, paragraph 6 of clause 6 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On introducing quarantine aimed to prevent the spread of COVID-19, caused by coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 at the territory of Ukraine and the stages of quarantine anti-epidemic measures” of May 20, 2020 No 392, clauses 10 and 17 of the Order of implementation of anti-epidemic measures related to self-isolation, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 20, 2020 No 392, paragraphs one and three of Article 29 of the Law of Ukraine “On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2020” of November 14,2029 No 294-IX: paragraph nine of clause 2 ща Chapter 11 “Final Provision” of the Law of Ukraine “On Amending the Law of Ukraine “On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2020” of April 13, 2020 No 553-IX
