On 18 September 2024, at the public part of the plenary session, the First Senate commenced deliberation upon the constitutional complaint of Andrii Hrymashevych in the form of written proceedings.
The complainant petitioned the Court to review the constitutionality of Article 8.2 of the Law of Ukraine “On the State Budget for 2024” No. 3460-IX dated 9 November 2023, which sets the minimum wage applied as a calculation value for calculating payments under court decisions at UAH 1,600.
During the plenary session, the Court adjourned deliberation of this case due to the absence of the subject of the constitutional complaint, Andrii Hrymashevych.
Consequently, the Court adjourned the case. The Court will proceed with its deliberation in public part at one of the following plenary sessions.
