The Court held 98 sessions and adopted 108 acts: results of the Court's work in October

In October 2025, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine (hereinafter, the “Court”) held 98 sessions, including:

17 in-camera sessions of plenary sessions and 15 sessions of the Grand Chamber of the Court;

1 special plenary session of the Court and 6 sessions of the Court;

3 in-camera sessions of plenary sessions, 1 plenary session and 18 sessions of the First Senate of the Court;

4 public sessions, 4 in-camera sessions, 2 plenary sessions and 10 sessions of the Second Chamber of the Court;

17 sessions of the Boards of Judges of the First and Second Chambers of the Court.

At these sessions, the Court adopted 108 acts, including:

5 resolutions of the Court;

40 rulings of the Grand Chamber of the Court;

19 rulings of the First Senate of the Court;

11 rulings of the Second Senate of the Court;

33 rulings of the Boards of judges of the Senates of the Court.

 

40 constitutional complaints were lodged with the Court in October. According to the results of the preliminary examination, 26 constitutional complaints were distributed among the judges of the Court. 14 constitutional complaints were returned to the subjects of the right to a constitutional complaint as those that in form did not meet the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On the Constitutional Court of Ukraine”.

The Secretariat of the Court draw up and sent 50 responses to requests for public information and citizens’ appeals.
