The Court will proceed with consideration of the case concerning the constitutionality of specific provisions of
the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses at one of the next plenary sessions
Today, on May 12, at the in-camera part of the plenary session, the Second Senate considered the case upon the constitutional complaints of Anatolii Kremenchutskyi and Vladyslav Pavlyk concerning the constitutionality of the provisions of Article 294.10 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses. The Second Senate will proceed with consideration of this case at one of the next plenary sessions.
