During September the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Held 31 Sessions and Adopted 81 Acts of the Court

During September 2022, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine held 31 sessions: 7 plenary sessions and 1 session of the Grand Chamber of the Court; 3 sessions of the Court and 4 special plenary sessions of the Court; 2 plenary sessions and 2 sessions of the First Senate of the Court; 4 plenary sessions and 2 sessions of the Second Senate of the Court; 6 sessions of the boards of judges of the First and Second Senates.

At these sessions, 81 acts of the Court were adopted, including: 56 rulings of the Grand Chamber; 5 resolutions of the Court; 3 rulings of the First Senate of the Court; 2 rulings of the Second Senate of the Court; 15 rulings of the boards of judges of the First and Second Senates of the Court.

34 constitutional complaints were lodged with the Court in the reporting period. According to the results of their preliminary examination, 21 constitutional complaints were distributed to judge-rapporteurs. 13 complaints were returned to subjects of the right to constitutional complaints, which in form did not meet the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On the Constitutional Court of Ukraine”.

The Secretariat of the Court prepared and sent 36 responses to requests for public information and appeals from citizens.
