On Tuesday, February 21, at a session the Grand Chamber deliberated the issue of initiating constitutional proceedings in the case upon the constitutional petition of the Supreme Court regarding the constitutionality of Article 34.1.11, Clause 101 of Section XIII “Final and Transitional Provisions” of the Law of Ukraine “On Executive Proceedings”, Clauses 51, 52 of Section III “Transitional and Final Provisions” of the Law of Ukraine “On Peculiarities of Formation of Joint-Stock Company of Public Railway Transport”. As a result of the proceedings, the judges adopted the Ruling on initiating constitutional proceedings in this case.
A session of the Second Board of Judges of the First Senate was also held, at which the judges adopted the Ruling (final) on the refusal to initiate constitutional proceedings in the case upon the constitutional complaint of Raisa Korets regarding the constitutionality of the provisions of Articles 293.2, 294.1, 383.1, and 383.6 of the Code of Administrative Procedure of Ukraine.
