The III Mariupol Constitutional Forum will be held

On 4 October 2024, the III Mariupol Constitutional Forum “Ukrainian Constitutional Identity in the Context of European Integration” will be held in Kyiv.

This is a continuation of the constitutional forum format launched in 2021 and held for the first time in Mariupol. The event is aimed at supporting the efforts of all professional and public societies of Ukraine to protect sovereignty, independence and freedom.

The event is organised by the Constitutional Court of Ukraine together with the Council of Europe Office in Ukraine and the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE).

The Constitutional Forum includes three plenary sessions and special sections.

For the first time, the III Mariupol Constitutional Forum will involve students in an event that will contribute to the development of legal science and the formation of a new generation of qualified lawyers. Students will have a unique opportunity to join an active discussion with experts on constitutional identity, as this format will serve to develop an active civic position of intellectual youth, strengthen democratic development and preserve Ukraine's independence in the face of russia's military aggression against Ukraine.
