In May 2024, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine held 81 sessions, including:
- 9 plenary sessions and 4 sessions of the Grand Chamber of the Court;
- 11 sessions and 1 special plenary session of the Court;
- 4 plenary sessions and 8 session of the First Senate of the Court;
- 23 plenary sessions and 8 session of the Second Senate of the Court;
- 13 sessions of the boards of judges of the First and Second Senates of the Court.
At these sessions, the Court delivered 65 acts:
- 8 rulings of the Grand Chamber of the Court;
- 12 resolutions of the Court;
- 8 rulings of the First Senate;
- 1 decision of the Second Senate;
- 9 rulings of the Second Senate;
- 27 rulings of the boards of judges of the First and Second Senates.
In June 2024, 2 constitutional petitions and 36 constitutional complaints were lodged with the Court. Based on the results of the preliminary examination the constitutional petitions and 19 constitutional complaints were distributed among the judges of the Court. 17 constitutional complaints were returned to the subjects of the right to a constitutional complaint as those that in form did not meet the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On the Constitutional Court of Ukraine”.
During this period, the Court's Secretariat drew up and sent 62 responses to requests for public information and appeals from citizens.
