On June 29, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine held a plenary session of the Grand Chamber and a session of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.
The Grand Chamber at the in-camera part of the plenary session proceeded with consideration of the case upon the constitutional petition of 50 People's Deputies of Ukraine on the constitutionality of the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Article 80 of the Constitution of Ukraine (On the Immunity of People's Deputies of Ukraine)". The Court will proceed with consideration of this case at one of the further plenary sessions.
The Grand Chamber of the Court at its plenary session also adopted two rulings on extension of the term of adoption of rulings by the Second Board of Judges of the First Senate of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine on initiating or refusal to initiate constitutional proceedings in cases upon constitutional complaints.
Also today, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine adopted the Resolution "On Approval of the Text of the Annual Information Report of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine for 2020".
