Today, on January 19, employees of the Administration of State Guard of Ukraine without reporting the reason once again do not allow the Chairman of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Oleksandr Tupytskyi to enter the premises of the Court and his office.
According to Oleksandr Tupytskyi, this is another attempt to unlawfully interfere in the activities of the Chairman of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, obstruction of his official duties, aimed at blocking the work of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine as a whole. By the Decree of the President of Ukraine, Oleksandr Tupytskyi was removed from the position of a judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, yet he must perform administrative functions as the Chairman of the Court, as he has been authorised to do so by judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.
Failure to perform the administrative functions of the Chairman of the Court will destabilise the work of the entire institution.
