The Grand Chamber postponed the deliberation of the case upon the constitutional petitions of 48 People's Deputies of Ukraine regarding the constitutionality of the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding Conditions of Transfer of Agricultural Land”, specific provisions of the Land Code of Ukraine as amended by the said law, and 53 People's Deputies of Ukraine regarding the constitutionality of the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding Conditions of Transfer of Agricultural Land”. The Court will proceed with deliberation of the cases in the public part at one of the forthcoming plenary sessions.
At the in-camera part of the plenary sessions, the Grand Chamber proceeded with deliberation of cases upon the constitutional petitions of 51 People's Deputies of Ukraine regarding the official interpretation of the provisions of Article 7, Article 20.7, paragraphs 12, 15, 16 of Article 92.1, Article 118.1, Article 118.2, Article 118.3, Article 118.4, Article 118.5, Article 133.2, Article 140.1, Article 140.2, Article 140.3, Article 140.4, Article 141.2, Article 141.4 of the Constitution of Ukraine and 56 People's Deputies of Ukraine regarding the constitutionality of specific provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Comprehensive General Secondary Education”. The Court will proceed with their deliberation at one of the next plenary sessions.
