Judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Mykhailo Hultai, Mykhailo Zaporozhets and Natalia Shaptala
were dismissed from office of a judge

 

On September 17, 2019 at a special plenary session of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, judges Mykhailo Hultai, Mykhailo Zaporozhets, Natalia Shaptala were dismissed from office of judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine in accordance with Article 1491.2.4 of the Constitution of Ukraine on the basis of their statement of resignation.

According to Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Constitutional Court of Ukraine”, a Constitutional Court judge shall be appointed for the term of nine years, without the right to reappointment.

Mykhailo Hultai, Mykhailo Zaporozhets and Natalia Shaptala were appointed to the office of a judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine by the X Congress of Judges of Ukraine on September 16, 2010 The judges took the oath of a Judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine on September 21, 2010.
