Today, July 12, the Grand Chamber of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, at the in-camera part of the plenary session, proceeded with deliberation of the case upon the constitutional complaint of Ihor Samsin regarding the compliance of the provisions of Article 54.1.2 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges” with the Constitution of Ukraine.
Further deliberation of this case will take place at one of the next plenary sessions of the Grand Chamber.
