Today, July 26, at the in-camera part of the plenary session, the Grand Chamber deliberated the case upon the constitutional petition of 47 People’s Deputies of Ukraine regarding the constitutionality of certain provisions of the Commercial Code of Ukraine, laws of Ukraine “On the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”, “On pipeline transport”, “On the management of state property objects”. Further deliberation of this case will take place at one of the forthcoming plenary sessions of the Grand Chamber of the Court.
