May 19. Special plenary sessions of the Court were held. Changes to the Personal Composition of the Senate and the Board of Judges were Considered

Today, on May 19, at a special plenary session of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, a solemn ceremony of taking the oath by the newly appointed judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Hryschuk O.V. took place.

In addition, at a special plenary session, the issue of introducing changes to the personal composition of the Senate of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, approved by the Resolution of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine “On the Formation of Senates of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine” of March 29, 2018 No. 2-ps/2018 (as amended), was considered. The Court adopted a Resolution on the inclusion of Judge Hryschuk O.V. to the personal composition of the First Senate.

The Court also considered the issue of introducing changes to the personal composition of the Board of Judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, approved by the Resolution of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine "On the Formation of Boards of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine and the Approval of Their Personal Composition" of March 29, 2018 No. 3-ps/2018 (as amended). Based on the results of the consideration, the Couth adopted a Resolution, according to which the Judge Hryschuk O.V. is included to the personal composition of the Second Board of Judges of the First Senate.
