Tuesday, 9 November, the Grand Chamber at the in-camera parts of the plenary sessions continued to consider the following cases:
- upon the constitutional petition of the Supreme Court of Ukraine on conformity of the Law of Ukraine “On the System of Deposit Guarantees of Individuals“ to the Constitution of Ukraine;
- upon the constitutional petition of 46 People’s Deputies of Ukraine on the official interpretation of the provisions of the first sentence of Article 13.1 and Article 14.1 of the Constitution of Ukraine;
- upon the constitutional complaints of A. Zabara and H. Martirosyan concerning the compliance of the provisions of Article 14².1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses with the Constitution of Ukraine and N. Kopylova concerning the compliance of the provisions of Article 14².1 and Article 279¹.5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses with the Constitution of Ukraine;
- upon the constitutional petition of 54 People’s Deputies of Ukraine on conformity of specific provisions of the laws of Ukraine “On Verification and Monitoring of State Payments“, “On Banks and Bank Activities”, “On the State Border Service of Ukraine“, “On the Protection of Personal Data“, “On the State Registration of Civil Registry“, “On Collection and Account of the Single Contribution to the General Mandatory State Social Insurance“, “On the State Register of Voters“, “On Information“, “On Population Employment“, “On the Single State Demographic Register and Documents Confirming the Citizenship of Ukraine, Identify the Individual or Their Special Status“, “On the State Registration of Material Rights to Real Estate and Their Encumbrance“, “On the State Registration of Legal Entities, Natural Entities – Entrepreneurs and Civil Formations“ to the Constitution of Ukraine.
The Court will further consider the above cases at one of its future plenary sessions.
