In November, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Held 69 Sessions and Adopted 57 Acts. 19 Constitutional Complaints Lodged with the Court

In November, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine held 69 sessions: 23 plenary sessions of the Grand Chamber; 2 sessions of the Grand Chamber; 7 sessions of the Court; 1 plenary session and 1 session of the First Senate of the Court; 12 plenary sessions and 12 sessions of the Second Senate of the Court; 11 sessions of the boards of judges.

At these sessions 57 acts of the Court were adopted, including: 1 Decision of the Grand Chamber and 16 rulings of the Grand Chamber of the Court; 5 resolutions of the Court; 1 decision of the Second Senate and 12 rulings of the Second Senate; ruling of the First Senate; 21 rulings of the boards of judges (Information on the results of the proceedings is available on the Court's website).

19 constitutional complaints were filed at the Constitutional Court of Ukraine during the specified period. According to the results of the preliminary review, 10 constitutional complaints were distributed to judge-rapporteurs. 9 complaints were returned to subjects of the right to constitutional complaints, which in form did not meet the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On the Constitutional Court of Ukraine”.

In November, the Secretariat of the Court prepared and sent 42 responses to requests for public information and appeals from citizens.
