A Number of Rulings Adopted at the Session of the First Board of Judges of the First Senate
of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine
On Tuesday, June 8, at the session of the First Board of Judges of the First Senate of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, the issues on initiating constitutional proceedings in cases upon constitutional complaints of Illia Sakevych concerning the compliance with the Constitution of Ukraine of Article 23.2 of the Law of Ukraine "On Mortgage", Olha Doroshko regarding the constitutionality of the provisions of paragraphs 1, 2 of Article 19.6, Article 274.2, paragraph 2 of Article 389.3 of the Code of Civil Procedure of Ukraine, Artem Kovaliov on the constitutionality of specific provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Prosecutor's Office", the Law of Ukraine "On Prosecutor's Office", the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Financial Catastrophe and Creating Preconditions for Economic Growth in Ukraine", the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Budget Code of Ukraine", the Budget Code of Ukraine were deliberated.
As a result of consideration of these issues, three rulings of the First Board of Judges of the First Senate on the refusal to initiate constitutional proceedings in these cases (final) were adopted.
