Plenary Sessions of the Second Senate of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Took Place
On April 21, the plenary sessions of the Second Senate of the Court took place in the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, during which cases upon constitutional complaints were considered.
In particular, at the public part of the plenary session in the form of written proceedings, the Court’s Second Senate considered the case upon the constitutional complaint of Private Joint-Stock Company “Chernihivoblbud” regarding the constitutionality of subparagraph "b" of Article 14.3.1 of the Law of Ukraine “On Ensuring the Realisation of Housing Rights of Dormitory Residents”. The Court completed the examination of the case file at the public part and proceeded to the in-camera part for a decision.
On the same day, the Second Senate of the Court at the in-camera part of the plenary session proceeded with consideration of the case upon the constitutional complaint of the Public Joint-Stock Company Joint-Stock Commercial Bank “INDUSTRIALBANK” on the constitutionality of the provisions of Article 13.3, Article 16.3 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
The Court will proceed with consideration of these cases at the further plenary sessions.
