The Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Appointment of S.Shkarlet to the Office
of the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Challenged at the Constitutional Court
On 5 March 2021, the constitutional petition of 45 People’s Deputies of Ukraine on conformity of the Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Appointment of S.Shkarlet to the Office of the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine of 17 December 2020 No.1119-ІХ to the Constitution of Ukraine (constitutionality) was filed with the Constitutional Court.
The petitioners ask to declare the said Resolution unconstitutional “in view of the violation of the procedure established by the Constitution of Ukraine”.
