The Results of Consideration of Issues on the Initiating of Constitutional Proceedings
in Cases upon Constitutional Complaints
On April 20, in the Constitutional Court of Ukraine a session of the Second Board of Judges of the Second Senate of the Court was held, at which the issue of initiating constitutional proceedings upon the constitutional complaint of Hryhoriy Chosta on the constitutionality of the provisions of paragraph 2 of Article 328.5 of the Code of Administrative Proceedings of Ukraine, as well as the constitutional complaint of Tetiana Kovalska on the constitutionality of the provisions of Article 10.5, Article 10.8 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Association of Co-owners of an Apartment Building" were considered.
Based on the results of consideration, the rulings (final) of the Board of Judges on the refusal to initiate constitutional proceedings in these cases were adopted.
