The Rules of Procedure of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine approved

Today, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, at its plenary session, approved the Rules of Procedure of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.
According to the Law of Ukraine “On the Constitutional Court of Ukraine”, the Rules of Procedure determine organisation of internal work of the Court and relevant rules and procedures which regulate consideration of cases by the Court.
