The ruling of the Court on consideration of the case on the constitutionality of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine" in the form of oral proceedings was delivered
The Constitutional Court of Ukraine delivered a Ruling № 34-u/2020 of August 28, 2020 on consideration of the case upon the constitutional petition of 50 People's Deputies of Ukraine on compliance of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine" of October 14, 2014 № 1698-VII as amended at the plenary session of the Grand Chamber of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine in the form of oral proceedings.
Consideration of this case in the public part of the plenary session of the Court will take place on September 10, 2020.
The Constitutional Court of Ukraine finds it necessary to consider this case with the participation of representatives of the subject of the right to a constitutional petition, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the President of Ukraine and the Chairman of the Supreme Court, the Chairman of the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court, the Prosecutor General, the Head of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office, the Head of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption, Director of the State Bureau of Investigation, Acting Director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine.
