On Tuesday, September 28, the Grand Chamber of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine at the in-camera part of the plenary session considered the case upon the constitutional petition of 45 People's Deputies of Ukraine on compliance of Articles 133-191, paragraph 2.2 of Section XXXXII "Final and Transitional Provisions" of the Electoral Code of Ukraine with the Constitution of Ukraine. The Court will proceed with consideration of the case at one of the further plenary sessions.
