Today, 13 January, the Third Board of Judges of the First Senate deliberated on the initiation of the constitutional proceedings in the following cases:
- upon the constitutional complaint of Vasyl Khmelniuk on conformity of the provisions of Article 265.2.7 of the Labour Code of Ukraine in the wording of the Law of Ukraine “On Amending some Legislative Acts of Ukraine“ of 6 December 2016 No. 1774 – VIII to the Constitution of Ukraine;
- upon the constitutional complaint of Hryhorii Titkov on conformity of the provision of Article 332.5.4 of the Code of Administrative Proceedings of Ukraine to the Constitution of Ukraine.
Upon the results of consideration, final rulings were adopted on refusal to initiate constitutional proceedings in the cases.
