Volodymyr Kuzmenko
(Substitute member of the AGE)
Judge of the Sixth Appellate Administrative Court located in Kyiv, Candidate of Juridical Sciences (Ph. D.) (2017). Has 27 years of experience in judicial posts. From 1996 to 2002, he served as a judge of the Oleksandriiskyi City Court of Kirovohrad Region. From 2002 to 2009, he was a judge of the Pechersk District Court of the city of Kyiv. From 2009 to 2018, served as a judge of the Kyiv Administrative Court of Appeal. From 2013 to 2014, held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Kyiv Administrative Court of Appeal. In 2018, transferred to the Sixth Administrative Court of Appeal, where he currently works. In 2023 appointed by the Council of Judges of Ukraine for AGE membership, as substitute member.
