28 September. The Court Agenda (Approved). Consideration of the Cases at the Sessions of the Court Senates

Today, 28 September, the First Senate, at the in-camera part of the plenary session, continued the examination of the case upon the constitutional complaint of Mykola Biliak on conformity of specific provisions of Article 2 of the Law of Ukraine “On Measures regarding the Pension System Legislative Reform“ of 8 July 2011 No. 3668-VI, paragraph six Article 86.15 of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Prosecution Office“ of 14 October 2014 No. 1697-VII to the Constitution of Ukraine.

A Ruling of the Frist Senate was adopted on joining the constitutional proceedings in the case upon the constitutional complains of Antonina Bolotnikova, Hanna Raikun, Ihor Melnychuk, Vitalii Kovbasiuk and in the case upon the constitutional complaint of Mykola Biliak.

The Second Senate, at the public of the plenary session in the form of written proceedings, considered the case upon the constitutional complaint of Antonina Yefimenko on conformity of specific rule of Article 2 of the Law of Ukraine “On Measures regarding the Pension System Legislative Reform“ of 8 July 2011 No. 3668-VI to the Constitution of Ukraine and proceeded to the in-camera part of the plenary session.

Furthermore, the Second Senate, at its plenary session, continued to deliberate the case upon the constitutional complaints of Volodymyr Zhydenko and Viktor Petrenko on conformity of the rules of Article 2 of the Law of Ukraine “On Measures regarding the Pension System Legislative Reform“ of 8 July 2011 No. 3668-VI to the Constitution of Ukraine. Further deliberation of the case will be continued at a forthcoming plenary sessions.

The Second Senate also considered the issue on initiating the constitutional proceedings in the case upon the constitutional complain of Viktoria Kalyta on conformity  of the provisions of paragraphs nine and ten of sub-clause 41 of clause 21 of Chapter I, clause 6, paragraph six of clause 19 of Chapter II “Final and Transitional Provisions” of the Law of Ukraine “On Amending Some Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Priority Measures to Reform the Prosecution Bodies” of 19 September 2019 No. 113‒ІХ to the Constitution of Ukraine. Its consideration will be continued at a forthcoming session.

The Second Senate also adopted a Ruling on temporary involvement until 30 November 2022 to the composition of incompetent Third Board of Judges of the Second Senate of the Court of a judge from another Board of this Senate.
