8 February. The Court’s Agenda (Approved). The Sessions of the First Senate and the Board of Judges of the Second Senate Were Held

The Fist Senate, at the public part of the plenary session in the form of written proceedings, deliberated the case upon the constitutional complaint of Andrii Franko on the constitutionality of the rules of paragraph two of Article 483.2 of the Customs Code of Ukraine and proceeded to the in-camera part of the plenary session for adopting a decision.

In the case upon the constitutional complaint of Oksana Tymoshenkova on the constitutionality of clause 6, specific provision of paragraph 6 of clause 19 of Section ІІ “Final and Transitional Provisions’ of the Law of Ukraine “On Amending some Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Primary Measures on the Reform of the Prosecution Bodies” of 19 September 2019 No. 113–ІХ the First Senate adopted a Ruling on consideration of the case in the form of written proceedings.

Same day, the Second Board of Judges of the Second Senate at its session adopted a ruling on initiating the constitutional proceedings in the case upon the constitutional complaint of Volodymyr Parovyi on the constitutionality of specific provisions of Article 2 of the Law of Ukraine “On Measures on Legislative Support of the Reform of Pension System” of 8 July 2011 No. 3668–VI, the first sentence of paragraph six of Article 86.15 of the Law of Ukraine “On Prosecution” of 14 October 2014 No.1697–VІI. The issues related to the constitutional proceedings in the case will be deliberated at the session of the Second Senate.
