Professor of the constitutional law department at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Director of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Doctor of Juridical Science (2015), Candidate of Legal Sciences (Ph. D.) (2007).

In 1994, she began her research career in the field of law, in particular human rights, constitutional and administrative law.

From 1994 until 1998, she worked as an assistant at the Department of Human Rights at Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University (KNU). From 1998 until 2009, she was an assistant professor at the Department of Constitutional and Administrative Law at KNU. From 2009 until 2017, she was an associate professor of the department of constitutional law at KNU. From 2021 until 2022, worked as Head of the department of constitutional law at KNU.

Since 2017 she has been working as a professor of the department of constitutional law at KNU.

Currently, she is a Director of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

In 2023 appointed by President of Ukraine for AGE membership.
